Ending The Candida Cleanse

Edited 4/21/10 Most symptoms will show up within ten minutes. Sometimes they can be as delayed as 4 hours. After taking the peanut butter do not eat anything else within that four hour period. If you failed the test I like to do the cleanse for another week and then retest.

I love doing the peanut butter test for knowing when your body has a better balance of candida. What you say? You will always have candida you just need it in proper balance. So the next question is how do you end the cleanse? Very carefully :) Take a big spoonfull of peanut butter the kind that is loaded with rancid fat and fungus and sugar and eat it. have someone watch you for any signs of flushing. You will notice some following things if your balance is not where it needs to be.

  1. flushing, going red on your cheeks and tops of ears
  2. bloating
  3. burning like heartburn
  4. a feeling of fullness
  5. belching
  6. nausea
  7. dizzy
  8. ringing in your ears
Now that does not mean you have to experience all of these. Even one symptom would make me run and get back on the cleanse. The down side of going off to early is you will crave foods like you never have, put all the weight back in in a few short days and be right back where you started. so I like to make sure and give it a few more days after I think I am done. Just to be on the safe side. Then slowly start adding whole grains back into your diet. Give sugar a rest for awhile and stick with stevia.
Congratulate yourself on a job well done!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Hi Lisa,
Wild, isn't it. My husband's job has moved us numerous times. For a three and a half year period I was so sick and went anywhere we thought could help me get off of survival mode. I learned this at one of the centers in Arizona.
